New buildings expected to be completed by December 1, 2018
A new construction project is underway at Anneliese-Tuchel-Weg in Hamburg-Farmsen-Berne. The project consists of two new buildings, which are expected to be completed by December 1, 2018.
The new buildings will offer a total of 20 apartments, ranging in size from two to four rooms. All of the apartments will have balconies or terraces, and some will also have fitted kitchens.
The project is being developed by the Hamburg-based company Baugenossenschaft freier Gewerkschafter eG. The company has a long history of developing affordable housing in the Hamburg area.
The new buildings are located in a quiet residential area, close to public transportation and shopping. The Oldenfelde underground station is just a 10-minute walk away.
